“Very uncomfortable for me and my children due to construction noise in the building from 7 am to late afternoon. Staff were unfriendly and even hostile. Breakfast ran out of eggs and housekeeping was annoyed when we asked for fresh towels. They charged $270 for a two-bedroom apartment and the TVs were outdated. Managers promised a refund but senior management refused – unprofessional and unethical. They claim 3 stars but it felt like 1 star or less.”
